The due date for the 2024 AIES has now passed. Businesses who received an invitation to respond to the survey but have not yet replied are receiving overdue notices from the U.S. Census Bureau with instructions on how to respond and how to get assistance. Response is required by law. Businesses that require additional time to respond can request an extension by logging onto the Respondent Portal, entering the authentication code sent to them by mail or email, and accessing their survey card.

Doing Business with TxDOT is an event series hosted by the TxDOT Civil Rights Division in partnership with local district offices. These events serve as a platform for connecting DBEs with TxDOT and industry personnel. Attendees will hear from key district officials about upcoming projects, the DBE program, the certification process, and compliance information. They will also engage with prime contractors and fellow DBEs, gaining insights into their experiences and collaboration with TxDOT.
