Topic: Managing a Business

An interactive workshop that uses the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold as a powerful metaphor for entrepreneurship and resilience. Through reflection, discussion, and a hands-on Kintsugi activity, you will learn to reframe business setbacks, recognize the strengths and wisdom you have gained through challenges, and identify meaningful steps toward your future success. You will leave with a repaired Kintsugi bowl as a lasting symbol of your perseverance, growth, and the idea that your “cracks” can become some of your greatest strengths.
