Slips, Trips, and Falls
This talk will cover slips, trips, and falls prevention in the workplace. Included in this talk are office and administration, production and warehouse, retail and public, and at home risks. Slips, trips, and falls are among the most common hazards in the workplace. They put many workers at risk of sprains, strains, cuts, bruises, fractures, and other injuries. At worst, they can also lead to death, especially in high-risk occupations. But with adequate training and safety practices, companies can keep their personnel safe from these hazards. This talk provides specific guidelines to help prevent slips, trips, and fall injuries, best practices for walking on slippery surfaces, precautions to avoid trip hazards and safety policies that keep employees from taking fall risks.
Safety Leadership/Culture
This talk reveals the steps towards forming a vision around leading safety as a culture, which allows you to develop your leadership ability, builds your communication and training skills, and equips you with the tools and techniques required to lead a safety culture.
