Attend CIIE, meet business leaders and join curated company visits across East and South China.

Delegation fees Include CIIE admission and badge (subject to approval), group visits and selected meals. Intercity trains, flights and hotel are extra. Mission ends Nov 13 after dinner; return travel is individual.

  • U.S. passport holders: A Chinese business visa is generally required (often M visa). Chinese visa guide

  • Shenzhen visit is tentative due to preparations for the November APEC meetings.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE $2,699 DELEGATION FEE

  • International airfare, hotels, intercity trains,
  • domestic flights, visas, insurance and personal costs.

BUDGET & BOOKING NOTES

  • The 9-night hotel example assumes Nov 5 check-in / Nov 13 check-out; it is not a fixed group booking.
  • The official mission ends Nov 13 after dinner. Each delegate books their own return flight and accommodation.
  • Hotel occupancy (single/shared), departure city, flight dates and final prices depend on personal arrangements.
  • Insurance/extras are cost estimates above but are outside the $2,699 fee. Visa fees are additional if required.
  • The $7,500 optional booth fee is separate; booth size, setup and exhibitor passes require ACC confirmation.
