We are excited to invite you to attend a screening of the film, ‘Photographic Justice: The Corky Lee Story’ at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 14 at Asia Society Texas. Following the screening the director, Jennifer Takaki, and producer, Raj R. Vaswani, will be joined by Cole Chemical President and CEO Donna Cole for a conversation reflecting on the film, Corky Lee’s enduring impact and the role of visual storytelling in shaping many cultural and historical narratives.  He photographed civil rights movements in the African American, Hispanic American and Asian Americans and areas where we worked together on issues.  More information about the program can be found here.

There is a light bites networking reception at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 6:30 p.m. This is a free program, but registration is required.

There will be an update by the Friends of the National Asian Pacific American Museum will be provided as this film is an small indication of things to highlight in the new Museum in Washington DC
