Barbara Gallo joined the Asian Chamber of Commerce in July 2017 in the newly created role of Operations Manager. She brings to the position over 17 years of nonprofit experience, including fundraising and event planning with United Way, Asia Society Texas Center, The Awty International School, American Red Cross, and the Asian Pacific American Heritage Association. In these roles, she has raised over $6.5 million for nonprofit organizations in the Houston area.
Barbara graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre. She is a long-time Houstonian and currently lives in Sugar Land.
