Rainier Villatuya is the Managing Director, Benefits for Madison Industries. He is responsible for strategic HR initiatives focused on health, welfare and retirement benefits across the Madison businesses. Prior to joining Madison Industries, Rainier held various benefits leadership positions at United Airlines, including Managing Director – HR Benefits. With over 20 years in the employee benefits industry, Rainier has uniquely experienced the benefits industry from three vantage points: vendor, consultant and employer/plan sponsor.
Rainier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UCLA and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He currently resides in Houston with his wife Kate and their dog Noah.
