City Inclusive Entrepreneurship Program (CIE)

On behalf of the Office of Business Opportunity, I would like to share an equity investment crowdfunding opportunity for Houston’s small businesses: https://www.houstontx.gov/obo/cie.html
 
By April 2022, OBO aims to identify a minimum of five businesses to participate in this program, which will help them raise up to $50,000 to further their operations. Please help us share this invitation-only opportunity with members who you think would be a good fit. Ideal candidates are businesses with:
 
A strong community of friends, supporters, fans, or customers
A product or service that is ambitious or something that no one has ever done before
A product or service that directly improves people's lives
At least one investor investing on the same terms
Some traction (Investors like proof you can execute)
